What it is

Fioka is for files and content: PDFs, images, video, scanned paper. It gives them a structure, reads the text inside them, and makes the whole archive searchable — including the contract you photographed on a phone two years ago.

This is not business intelligence. Fioka does not care about your margins; it cares about whether you can find the signed annex. Numbers live in business dashboards, and the two stay separate on purpose.

Questions

How is this different from a shared drive?
A shared drive stores files. Fioka reads them, structures them, and lets you search their contents — including scanned paper.
Is this the same as business dashboards?
No. Fioka handles files and documents. Business dashboards handle numbers. They are separate products.
Does OCR work on phone photos?
Yes, within reason — a legible photograph of a document becomes searchable text.
Can we control who sees what?
Yes. Access is set per person and per drawer.
